Marketing Manager

Department/Office: Marketing - London TW8

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 09h00-17h00 (40hrs pw)

Recruitment Admin

Department/Office: Driver Services - London EC3N

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 4days 09h00-18h00 and 1day 11h00-20h00 (45hrs pw)

Days: Mon-Fri

Salary: £20k-£25k pa with up to 10% bonus

Requirements: Graduate degree in Business Admin/Commerce/Management or relevant industry experience, knowledge/experience in recruitment or customer service and strong accurate administration skills.

What we are looking for – Why you?

We are looking for someone to join our driver services team as a Recruitment Admin, to ensure we have high quality drivers within our fleet. Within this role you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into drivers coming on board and joining the fleet. Part of this role will be ensuring the quality of the driver, ensuring they are capable of delivering first class customer service from the moment they are inside our vehicles. Finally you will be tasked with reactivating dormant or lost drivers, all of which will be a key feature in your monthly and annual targets. If you enjoy seeing the recruitment process from start to finish and having varied tasks then we would like to hear from you to become our Recruitment Admin.
